Customisation Service
This service is for the customisation of our readily available themed catalogue designs for online shop owners. These themed designs are provided for both professional print purposes and for digital use as an interactive PDF and an independently hosted online flipbook which can easily be shared with existing and potential customers and/or embedded into websites (please see Media Design or bespoke pricing).
DESIGN & FORMAT
Customisation of our themed designs will be within the existing design's layout and includes editing:
- titles, headings, body text;
- the main theme colour;
- adding clickable links; and
- inserting your images.
If you have a logo, we can add it to the front and/or back pages of the design as applicable to the design.
If required, inner pages of existing designs can be rearranged/replaced and new additional inner pages added, which will be based on replicating the existing page/spread designs displayed.
If you require additional pages, additional page quantities must be made in multiples of 4 in order to produce brochures in the correct format, and the options possible are as follows:
Minimum: 8 Pages
- 12 / 16 / 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 / 36 / 40 pages -
Maximum: 44 Pages
PRICING
Prices for our 8-page A4 catalogue layouts are £240. Thereafter, additional pages can be added in increments of 4 pages at a set rate of £100.
PROVISION
With this service, you will receive a PDF setup for professional print purposes (including print bleed and crop marks), an interactive PDF and we'll also create a digital flipbook that can be shared via link, email and even embedded on your website if you have one; this will be hosted independently of a website (so one is not needed) for free via Heyzine.com services and this will be subject to their terms.
Once all images and text are received we will supply you with a draft for approval within 5-7 working days.
PAYMENT
We require a 50% deposit to commence work and the balance is required upon approval of your draft design.
No physical products will be supplied.

REQUESTING THE SERVICE
Simply register to use our services and we will be in touch to get the ball rolling for you. Once decided, we will ask you to submit all of your images, text and applicable website links at your convenience. We streamline this process by providing you with a link to upload all of your files to one place where we will be able to access and use them on your behalf.
Acceptable File Formats
Images: JPG (300dpi)
Text: MSWord / PDF
Prior providing any website, social or product page links, please ensure that they are all working as these are not checked as part of this service.
To ensure the quickest possible turnaround for your brochure design when supplying image files, please ensure to name them to correspond with their product number if applicable, product code or positioning in terms of its place within your chosen design's existing layout for example, Product1, Pg5Prod15, Pg2TopLeft, Pg7Middle, Page 2 and so on.
